Why we Need KidsPod Now!

Podcasts have taken the world by storm! Nearly 60% of people over the age of 12 listen to podcasts with that number steadily increasing over the past 8 years. It comes as no surprise that the upward trend in podcast listenership has trickled down to children who are likely exposed to the medium through their parents. With a 20% increase in podcast listenership among kids and family category since 2019, the need for KidsPod has never been greater.

One in four children listen to podcasts which will continue to grow. However, one of the biggest barriers to an even greater increase in listenership among kids is accessibility and discoverability.
